Ava's "boooyfrieeend" recently turned ONE!! Wow. How quickly one year goes by! He had a dinner party at his house with lots of friends and family. The kids loved playing with all of the toys set up in the backyard while the parents talked. When it was time to open gifts, Ava was right in the big middle of it all. She was more interested in opening the gifts that Gavin was. I had to keep pulling her back. Sister is going to be ready at her party in a couple of months!

Ava loved riding in Gavin's new Radio Flyer car. She just loves older guys with their own set of wheels! ;) Especially when it is a convertible!!

Gavin loved loved LOVED everyone singing Happy Birthday to him! Most kids would be scared.
This was just the beginning of Gavin digging in to his cake. He ate it up and was covered by the end. (Ava only got a nibble of the cake part just to get her taste buds ready for her own party. No more till her big day. She did love it though- kept opening her mouth up for more.)
Happy 1st Birthday Gavin!! We have so enjoyed being a part of your first year of life. We hope to share many more years and memories with you!!
